Effective 1 October 2026. These Terms govern your use of sports.bzzoiro.com and everything served from it — the website, the BSD API, the WebSocket feeds, the MCP servers, the Arena3D embeds and any paid plan or add-on (together, the "Service"), operated by Bzzoiro LLC ("Bzzoiro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. What you may do with the data you obtain is governed by a separate document, the [API Data Usage and License](/docs/api-license/), which forms part of these Terms. Where the two differ on the use of data, the license controls. ## 1. Who may use the Service You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, and be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age at which you may consent to the processing of your personal data in your country if that age is higher. If you accept these Terms for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means that organisation. ## 2. Accounts One account per person or organisation. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API token, including by anyone you give them to. Keep your token secret: it authenticates you and nothing else is checked. Tell us at [sports@bzzoiro.com](mailto:sports@bzzoiro.com) if you believe it has been exposed and we will reissue it. We do not delete accounts for inactivity. ## 3. Free and paid access Football data is free to use within the published rate limits. Other sports, the live WebSocket feeds and certain datasets require a paid plan or add-on, described with its price at [/pricing/](/pricing/). Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Prices may change. A change takes effect for you at your next renewal and we will tell you before it does. Where a price was granted to you as a founder or promotional rate, it keeps applying for as long as the subscription runs without interruption. Payments are handled by third party payment providers acting as merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds are covered by the [Refund Policy](/docs/refunds/). ## 4. Rate limits and fair use The Service is shared. Published limits are at [Conventions & limits](/docs/conventions/), and we may apply additional protections against usage that threatens the stability of the Service for others. We will not silently degrade your responses: if we refuse a request we return an error that says so. You must not share an API token across unrelated users or create multiple accounts to exceed the limits of one. ## 5. Acceptable use You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with or overload the infrastructure, probe or circumvent authentication, rate limits or entitlement checks, or resell raw data in breach of the [license](/docs/api-license/). You are responsible for the legality of what you build. Sports data is used in gambling and gambling is regulated differently everywhere; complying with the rules that apply to you and your users is your responsibility and not ours. ## 6. Availability We aim to keep the Service running and publish its status at [/status/](/status/), but we do not promise any particular level of availability and the Service is provided without an uptime commitment. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change removes something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice and, where we can, keep the route answering in a compatible shape rather than breaking it. Data is compiled from public sources, third party providers and our own models. It can be wrong, late or incomplete. Do not use it for decisions where that matters without your own checks. ## 7. Your content Anything you submit — feedback tickets, comments, community posts, league campaign messages — stays yours. You give us permission to store it, display it in the part of the Service it was posted to, and quote it when answering you. Feedback tickets and their replies are visible to other users; do not put anything confidential in one. Suspension and termination You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your dashboard, which deletes your account record, API token and usage history. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your usage risks harm to the Service or to others, or if we must to comply with a legal obligation. Where the breach is something you can fix, we will normally tell you first. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination, together with the surviving sections of the license. ## 9. Disclaimer of warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE LAW THAT APPLIES TO YOU AS A CONSUMER. ## 10. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BZZOIRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. BZZOIRO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BZZOIRO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE EXCLUSIONS, IN WHICH CASE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED THERE. ## 11. Indemnification You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bzzoiro LLC, its members, managers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your products built on it, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party right. ## 12. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved as set out in Section 15 of the [API Data Usage and License](/docs/api-license/#15-governing-law-and-dispute-resolution): binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in New Mexico, conducted in English and in writing or by videoconference, with a class action waiver and carve-outs for injunctive relief and small claims. If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on mandatory provisions of your local law, nothing here takes that away. ## 13. Changes These Terms carry a version number and effective date. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice and previous versions remain listed below.
