Michael Carrick uses a 4231

Just saw Michael Carrickks preferred formation is 3421, however it is a 4231.

Resolution: The coach preferred formation now reflects recent match data. Michael Carrick was displaying his early-season formation (3-4-2-1) instead of his current one (4-2-3-1). The system has been updated to prioritise the last 10 matches when calculating a manager preferred formation, so tactical switches mid-season show up correctly going forward.

Hi WillG25, thanks for the sharp catch. You are absolutely right. Our system was calculating a manager preferred formation based on all matches across the full season, which meant an earlier setup used in the opening months was still outweighing a more recent tactical switch. We have updated the logic so that the last 10 matches are given priority when there is a clear dominant formation. Michael Carrick now correctly shows 4-2-3-1 as his current preferred formation. The fix is live and will apply to all managers going forward whenever their stats are refreshed. Thanks again for flagging this.
