Racecards that tell you who is actually running
Racecards now flag horses that have been withdrawn, so you can spot non-runners at a glance rather than at the off. Each race also shows where it has got to, from declarations through to result, and when that was last confirmed. Start times appear in race and meeting listings, and empty horse and jockey profiles no longer clutter up search results.
Football data in fewer steps
A team's recent form now arrives in one go: last-N averages with home and away splits and a read on the strength of the opposition, instead of piecing it together match by match. There is also a new feed of what has changed in the schedule (kickoff moves, postponements, venue switches and broadcast updates) so you can follow just the changes. And a new On This Day archive lets you browse any calendar date for results, debuts and transfers.
Odds you can read at a glance
Where a match carries ten handicap lines, we now tell you which one is the line. A match can also say up front what it comes with, so you can check whether a market is there before you go looking for it. One bad price no longer holds up everything around it, and we now say plainly where we do not price in running, instead of leaving you to work it out.
Cleaner teams, fixtures and competitions
Duplicate fixtures that were hiding behind a two-minute kickoff change are now caught, duplicate teams have been tidied up, women's teams are labelled as women's teams, and groups carry their division name as well as their letter, so "Group A" is never ambiguous. Tennis predictions are settling correctly again, and Nations League coverage is in place.
Simpler account admin
You can change your email address yourself now, with no message to us required, and a renewal that fails can be fixed by updating your card rather than buying a second subscription. Replies from our support team arrive properly formatted and readable, the proxy settings page works without any detective work, and if something does go wrong we can put a notice on the site straight away.
