Request to change username
I see that we can change our passwords on the website but can we also change our username on the website?
Resolution: Hi. There is not possible due database contrains.

Good question. The docs I have cover the API itself, not the dashboard account settings, so I can't confirm whether username changes are available on the website right now. This is definitely something worth asking the team about though.
I'm escalating this to them — they'll get back to you soon with details on what's possible.
