Lions FC have put 57 goals past opposition keepers in 22 Queensland NPL fixtures, matching the 2.6-per-game rate that IK Sirius have maintained in Sweden's Allsvenskan. The Australian outfit lead a global cohort of teams whose offence has outpaced almost everything else playing at senior level right now.

Inter Miami sit fractionally behind on 2.5 goals per match, their 56 strikes coming in the same number of MLS outings. Charleston Battery, meanwhile, have hit 44 in 21 USL Championship games (2.1 per outing), while Flamengo and Chengdu Rongcheng are both averaging two goals across Serie A and Chinese Super League campaigns respectively.

Geography as no barrier

The data spans five continents and eight domestic competitions, yet the thread is consistent: certain squads have solved finishing at a rate their leagues rarely see sustained. Sirius have needed only 18 matches to reach 47 goals, the smallest sample of the high-volume scorers. FC Seoul have also reached 47, though theirs have been spread across 25 K League fixtures for a rate of 1.9. AS FAR Rabat, top of Morocco's Botola Pro in raw total with 45 goals, have required 30 matches to get there, the longest run among this group and the lowest rate at 1.5 per game.

What separates the top tier is both volume and efficiency: Lions FC and Sirius are not only scoring freely but doing so without the cushion of a bloated fixture count.
