Refund Policy#
Version 1.0. Effective 1 October 2026.
Short version: we do not give refunds as a matter of course, because you can try everything that matters before paying and you can cancel at any time without penalty. The exceptions below are real, and your statutory rights come before all of it.
1. Cancel at any time#
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from your dashboard: the next renewal stops and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no email to write.
Cancelling does not refund the period already running. That period is yours, already paid for, and it keeps working.
2. Try before you pay#
Football data, including the API and the MCP server, is free within the published limits. Arena3D has a public demo that needs no key and no account. The paid sports have free sample endpoints. If you are not sure something will work for you, test it first — and if you cannot tell from the free surface whether it will, write to [email protected] before paying and we will tell you straight.
3. When we do refund#
We refund, without argument:
- We charged you twice for the same period.
- We charged you after you cancelled.
- You paid for something we never delivered — a funded league campaign we did not add, an add-on that never activated.
- The Service was substantially unavailable for a significant part of a billing period for reasons on our side.
- You were charged for a plan you never had, or at a price other than the one shown to you.
Write to [email protected] from the address on the account, say what happened, and it will be handled.
4. When we do not#
We do not refund because a period went unused, because a project was cancelled, because a competition you wanted is not covered, or because the data did not support a conclusion you hoped for. Coverage is listed before you buy and the free tier is there to check it.
We do not refund the current period on cancellation. See Section 1.
5. Your statutory rights come first#
Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase, that right applies regardless of anything above, and nothing in this policy limits it.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that start immediately, that right can end once performance has begun with your express consent — if that happened, the checkout told you so at the time.
Purchases are processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record for the transaction. That provider is the seller of record and handles the statutory side, so a withdrawal request may be routed to it; tell us and we will not make you chase it alone.
6. Chargebacks#
If something is wrong, write to us first. We would rather fix it than have a payment provider decide it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may suspend the account while it is resolved, which helps nobody.
7. League campaigns#
A community league campaign is funded by several people and delivered as one league. Once a campaign is funded and the league is added, the contributions are spent and are not refundable. If a funded campaign is not delivered, every contribution to it is refunded in full — that is Section 3.
