Liverpool have completed the signing of Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain for €125 million, making the French winger the most expensive acquisition in the club's history. Manchester City have spent €165m on two French talents: Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille for €95m and Everton's Iliman Ndiaye for €70m. Elsewhere, Manchester United paid €75.9m for Brighton's Carlos Baleba, a €22.9m markup, while Newcastle secured Lille forward Matías Fernández-Pardo for €60m, €22m above his assessed worth.
