Deep historical season backfill
Go much further back in history than we do today, and only keep seasons we can serve properly. Seasons that come back incomplete get dropped instead of shipped half-empty, so what is on the site is always a full season.
Resolution: Every finished season is now graded: 1,505 ok, 180 empty, 42 partial; the only two left unknown are the two still being played. Public listings 1,659 -> 1,510. The last gap was structural rather than a backlog: 149 finished seasons had no upstream api_id and no events, so the queue (which filters api_id__isnull=False) could never reach them and --report counted 0 pending while they were still being served as empty seasons. backfill_seasons now grades those empty on every run, reversibly — empty is a state the queue accepts, so a row whose api_id appears later is regraded on merit. Announced in #announcements 2026-08-10.
