Add Argentina as option for where to watch a match

Shipped — Argentina is in the list now, along with about 170 other countries that were missing for the same reason. Turned out Argentina was never the problem: we had 92 Argentine channels and 1,104 Argentine broadcast entries in the database the whole time. The country dropdown was being truncated. It loaded only the first 30 channel rows sorted by country code, and since that caps rows rather than countries, a match televised in 183 countries would offer you six options, all of them in the A range. Argentina sat right on the cut-off, so it appeared or vanished depending on how many channels the countries just before it had for that particular match. On Spain v Argentina, the one match you would obviously open, it got cut. The cap is now per country instead of across the whole list, so every country that airs a match gets an option. We also put your own country at the top of the dropdown, based on your browser language, because scrolling 174 options to find your own was not much of an improvement. One honest limitation: the dropdown still shows flags and two-letter codes rather than full country names. With that many options it is not ideal, and it is on our list, but it needs a proper country-name dataset we do not have wired in yet.
