Live standings

We do not serve a pre-computed live table, but you can build one today with two calls we already expose. GET /api/v2/leagues/{id}/standings/?season_id={season} gives the table as it stands. GET /api/v2/events/live/?league_id={id} gives the matches in progress, with their current scores. Applying the second on top of the first is the whole calculation: for each live match, add the points and goals the current score would produce and re-sort. That way you also control the detail we would have to guess at, such as whether a match at 0-0 in minute 3 should already move a team. We are not adding a server-side live table for now: we are in a freeze on new endpoints to keep the API fast, and this one is derivable from data you already receive. Bzzoiro
