This is derivable from what the API already returns, which is why we are not building it as a separate product right now.
Every market you list grades from the final score, and we return it: home_score and away_score, plus home_score_ht and away_score_ht for half-time markets, extra_time_score and penalty_shootout for cup ties that go beyond 90 minutes.
From those, 1X2, both teams to score and every over/under line are direct. Asian and European handicaps need the line as well, which you already have from the odds endpoints, and then it is the same arithmetic applied to the handicapped score.
The reason we would rather you grade it than have us do it is that settlement rules are not universal - whether a market settles on 90 minutes or on the final result including extra time differs between operators, and a graded feed from us would impose our reading of that on you.
