API Unlimited questions

Hi Nora, I'm considering Football API Unlimited. Three precise questions so I build against the right fields from day one: 1. Bookmakers: what are the exact bookmaker_slug values for Betclic.fr and PMU? Is a call like /api/v2/odds/?event_id=123&market=over_under_25&outcome=over&bookmaker_slug=<betclic slug> correct, and does it return one row with that bookmaker's decimal_odds, opening_decimal_odds and opening_at? 2. Finished matches: for a played match, does Unlimited give a closing price (the last pre-match price) per bookmaker? The pricing page says "opening, current and closing price on every line" but this ticket said there is no closing field. If it exists, what is the field name, and how far back in time are per-bookmaker rows kept (days, a season)? I would like to re-evaluate about 2,000 past picks with the Betclic price. 3. Bulk calls: is there a way to pull one bookmaker's prices for a whole league or a whole date in a single call (with pagination), instead of one call per event and market? If the answers fit, I'll subscribe maybe. Thanks a lot! :)

Hi, thanks for asking before subscribing. I checked each point against live data, and one of them changes what I told you on your earlier ticket. 1. Bookmakers. The slugs are betclic-fr and pmu. Your call shape is right: /api/v2/odds/?event_id=123&market=over_under_25&outcome=over&bookmaker_slug=betclic-fr returns one row for that bookmaker with decimal_odds, opening_decimal_odds and opening_at (the first price we recorded for that line and when). But I have to correct myself: I said we carry Betclic.fr and PMU, and that is only true of the past. Neither is being priced right now. The last prices we read from both are from 21 August 2026, and Betclic.fr only has data from 29 July to 21 August (a few thousand lines). The bookmakers quoting today are the 21 listed at https://sports.bzzoiro.com/docs/football/odds-predictions/. I'm sorry I did not check that before answering. Please do not subscribe for Betclic prices on the strength of my earlier message. 2. Closing price. There is no closing field in /api/v2/odds/. You get decimal_odds (current), previous_decimal_odds, opening_decimal_odds and opening_at, and for a finished match the current value is simply the last price we read. We keep the per-bookmaker rows for past matches, but for the two French books only the short window above exists, so re-evaluating about 2,000 past picks with a Betclic price is not possible. For bookmakers that are still quoted (Pinnacle for example) history goes back to spring 2026, not a full season. I would not rely on it for a 2,000-pick backtest without checking the date range of your picks first. 3. Bulk calls. Yes: /api/v2/odds/ accepts league_id or season_id together with market, outcome and bookmaker_slug, with limit and offset for pagination, so one bookmaker's prices for a whole league or season come in a few paged calls instead of one per event. updated_after returns only lines re-read since a timestamp. There is no filter by match date on that endpoint; scope it with season_id or league_id and filter dates on your side. Per-bookmaker filtering needs Football Unlimited. Short version: if you specifically need Betclic or PMU prices, our data cannot give you that today. If a currently quoted bookmaker works as a benchmark, questions 2 and 3 are answered above.
