Posts on social networks
I saw there was a part social network of each team.
Is it possible to post automatically on his own X account (the announces for the next matches for exemple).
If this functionnality does not exist, I think it would be great to this about it.

Hi, thanks for the idea.
Short answer: posting to your own X account is not something BSD does today. The social data in the API (/api/v2/social/ and the per-team shortcut /api/v2/teams/{id}/social/) only gives you the curated links to teams', players' and matches' accounts. We don't connect to anyone's X account or publish on their behalf.
You can build the "next match" announcement yourself with data we already serve for free. Call /api/v2/events/?team_id=<id>&status=upcoming&date_from=YYYY-MM-DD with your API key to get the team's upcoming fixtures, and add /api/v2/events/<id>/broadcasts/?country_code=XX if you want to say where to watch. Run that on a schedule and send the text to X through your own X developer app.
I've passed your suggestion to Marco, who owns the football product, so he can weigh whether a ready-made posting feature fits. I can't promise it will be built, but it is on his radar now.
If you hit anything while building the fixtures call, reply here and I'll help.

Hi again, a quick follow-up on your idea about posting to X.
Marco, who owns the football product, has looked at it and decided not to build it. Posting to a customer's X account would mean holding your X credentials or an authorisation to publish for you, which is outside what a data API should do. I'd rather tell you that clearly than leave it hanging, and I can't give a date or promise it will come later.
The good news is that the building blocks you need are already there and free: the upcoming fixtures call and the broadcasts call I mentioned. Run them on a schedule and publish through your own X developer app, and you get the same result with full control of what goes out.
I'm closing this ticket, but if you hit anything while building it, reply here and it will reopen.
