Football data coverage
What we publish for a football match, and how far each data block actually reaches. Measured over the 4773 matches already played this season across 39 competitions — fixtures that haven't kicked off yet are not counted as gaps.
Everything below, plus expected goals, big chances and a shot map with per-shot xG, momentum and average positions.
The standard set plus shot breakdown, passes and pass accuracy, duels, tackles, interceptions, crosses, dribbles and clearances.
Score, timeline and the standard set: possession, corners, fouls, offsides, cards and set pieces.
Each competition is tagged by what its matches actually carry, not by reputation: we check whether the advanced stat block, expected goals and a shot map are present across the season. A league is tagged Full only when most of its played matches carry xG and a shot map.

Why we show you this
Most data providers tell you which competitions they cover. Almost none tell you how much of each one they actually have. We would rather you saw the gaps here, for free, than discovered them after wiring us into your product.
- Counted, not claimed. Every number is computed from the live production database each hour. Nothing is hand-written or rounded up.
- The weak rows stay in. Competitions where we cover little are listed alongside the ones at 100%. A league missing from this table is a league we don't track at all.
- Played matches only. Percentages use fixtures that have finished, so an empty upcoming schedule can never inflate them.
How to read this
Each percentage is the share of already-played matches in that competition where the data block is present. Timeline and lineups are close to universal; shot maps, momentum and average positions depend on how deeply each competition is tracked, so they run high in the major leagues and thinner further down the pyramid.
Some blocks only land after the final whistle. In a number of competitions the match stats table is published once the game ends rather than during play, so a live fixture can show a timeline and lineups while its stats are still empty.
Closing odds are the one column that is low for a reason that isn't coverage: we only began storing the pre-match closing line recently, so matches played before that will never have it. Everything from here on does.
Club friendlies, youth and reserve competitions are left out — they are tracked far more thinly than senior competitive football and would misrepresent what you get. Every field listed here is available through the API and on the match pages.
