A good week for anyone who watches matches closely, and for anyone who just wants paying for BSD to be painless. Here is what changed.
Follow the match as it happens
Every match now has a Commentary tab: goals, cards, substitutions and the moments in between, described as they happen. It is there in the API too, so if you build apps or bots you can put a running story next to your scores without stitching it together yourself.
Numbers that match what you see
Corners are now counted once and labelled correctly, so corner totals stop drifting. Home and away prices sit on the right side of the match after a reversal we fixed. League tables now follow each competition's own tiebreakers, so the order you get from us is the order the competition publishes, including in Brazil. We also cleared out duplicated matches and tidied teams that no longer had any fixtures or players attached, so searches return a cleaner list.
Racing and other sports
For horse racing, starting prices are now taken from the final price once a race is settled, and runners that are no longer in a race drop off instead of lingering. Country codes follow the standard two-letter format, which makes filtering simpler. Basketball joins football in our league coverage programme, so more competitions are on the way there, and Czech First League player stats are live for the current season.
Recently added matches show up where you expect
If a match from the current season was added to BSD this week, it now appears in your recent results even if it was played a while ago. Older seasons stay out of the way, so "recent" means recent.
Easier paying, fewer surprises
Promo codes now survive signing in and apply themselves at checkout, so you do not have to remember them twice. Our Sports Add-on is $7 ($5 for founders) and Weight of Money is $7 ($3 for founders). We also closed a gap that could charge some accounts twice when signing up, and special offers are now claimed through a support request rather than email, so nothing sits unanswered in an inbox.
Back up and running in minutes
If you reach your daily usage limit and then top up, you will be back within five minutes at most. No more waiting until midnight because you ran out mid-afternoon.
